Below are the terms and conditions of use of the Merlin Mania main site and forums.
All pictures, content, designs and graphics are owned by Merlin Mania and are only to be published on the Merlin Mania web site and no other. We have the right to change or delete any content or pictures without notice as well as temporarily closing the site for technical or cosmetic updates. The web site does have certain content where users can download the content but only for private use and not to be republished. In no way is Merlin Mania the official web site for Merlin Entertainments, we are a enthusiast fan site and not an official web site. If you fail to comply with these rules it may result in legal and/or civil action.
Our forums run on a warn system for each user, if any rules are broken, they will get banned for a period of time decided by our admin's. These are not negotiable. Below are the main rules for the forums,
- Any swearing, bullying, racist comments or worse, will be dealt with by the warn system decided by the admin’s.
- Sarcastic comments will not be tolerated.
- Spamming and fake accounts will be deleted straight away and the IP will be banned.
- Spamming from members of our community on other web sites will not be tolerated and will be dealt with using the warn system.
- Our forums are aimed to be friendly, and we want it to stay like this. If you are looking to be mean or rude to other members you may get a nice PM just to say calm down a bit.
All admin’s have the right to ban or delete your account without telling you. Merlin Mania’s admin’s also have the right to ban any members we have had bad experiences with.
We hope everyone can have fun and enjoy the Merlin Mania community and not abuse the resources. If you do, sadly action has to be taken.
